Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara ("We") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the e-GP Mobile application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
a. Verification Data (Check Data)
To verify the status of community data, users are required to enter their Population Identification Number (NIK).
Data Security: The verification results (including NIK and name) will be displayed in a masked form (hash or ** symbol), ensuring that the original information is not directly revealed.
Restricted Access: Only the party who knows the NIK can perform the check. Not all NIKs are accessible or can be searched freely.
b. Complaint Report Data
When a user submits a complaint report, the following information is required:
Full Name
Active WhatsApp Number
Sub-district
Village/Sub-village
Address
Complaint Description
Supporting Evidence (image/document)
Note:
Data such as Name, WhatsApp Number, Sub-district, Village/Sub-village, and Address will be displayed as masked (**), and only the user who has the related Complaint Number can access it.
The complaint description and supporting evidence will be analyzed internally by authorized officers for further processing.
2. Use of Personal Data
The collected data is used for:
Verifying identity and community data
Providing complaint submission and tracking services
Responding to complaints and providing follow-up solutions
Improving application functionality and performance
Internal documentation and data-driven policy making for poverty alleviation programs
All data received will only be used by Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara and will not be shared with third parties without permission.
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
User data is stored only for as long as needed for service purposes.
Sensitive data is masked and not displayed publicly.
4. Your Access and Rights
Users have the right to:
Track the status of their complaint reports using the Complaint Number received when submitting the report.
Request the deletion or modification of their personal data by contacting our official contact.
5. Access by Third Parties
We will not share personal user data with third parties except:
When required by law or government regulations
With explicit consent from the user
For technical cooperation with partners who comply with this privacy policy and only for limited purposes
6. Children's Privacy
This application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified through the app and/or official website and will be effective as of the date of the update.
